ADHD coaching for late-diagnosed women
Understand your brain.
Find your own way of doing things.
If you were diagnosed with ADHD later in life, you've probably spent years wondering why some things that seem to come easily to other people feel so hard for you.
Coaching gives you a space to understand what's actually going on for you, without judgement, and to find ways of working that fit your own brain rather than someone else's idea of how you should be doing things.
Does this sound familiar?
You might be here because...
You got your ADHD diagnosis later in life, and you're still making sense of what that means.
Maybe you've spent years feeling capable, but exhausted by how much effort it takes to keep up. Maybe you're starting to look back at old decisions, old jobs, old versions of yourself, with new understanding. Maybe you're just tired of feeling like you're doing everything the hard way.
Coaching won't fix your brain, because it doesn't need fixing. But it can help you understand it better, and work with it instead of constantly working against it.
Hi, I'm Mandy
I'm a certified ADHD coach, and I was diagnosed with ADHD myself later in life, in my mid-forties, alongside perimenopause and parenting two neurodivergent teenagers.
Before this, I spent years in a career in law that was, in hindsight, entirely unsuited to my neurotype. I understand what it's like to keep pushing through in an environment that was never built with your brain in mind.
I have an MA in Gender & Women's Studies and a qualification in Motherhood Studies, where I have studied the specific marginalisation mothers can face. That background shapes how I think about the extra layers – gender, motherhood, midlife – that can sit alongside a late ADHD diagnosis.
How coaching works
Focus
Getting a clearer picture of what's actually going on for you – your patterns, your challenges, your strengths.
Reflect
Looking at your experiences with curiosity, rather than judgement. Changing the story that you're lazy or not trying hard enough.
Refine
Building ways of working that fit you, rather than forcing yourself into ones that don't.
1-1 ADHD coaching
Coaching is a space to explore your ADHD, understand yourself better, and work out what actually helps – at your own pace.
We might work on:
making sense of your ADHD traits and patterns
self-acceptance after a late diagnosis
focus, organisation, and overwhelm
finding approaches that fit your life, not someone else's
I won't promise you a fixed outcome. Everyone's ADHD looks different, and coaching is shaped around you.
